Situated in the centre of Languedoc near to Béziers and within easy reach of the Mediterranean. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with double and the other with two single beds with en-suite bathrooms, comprising shower cabinet, bidet, WC and basin, Kitchen/diner with sink unit, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, hob and oven/microwave. Sitting room with put-u-up settee, basket weave suite and light/fan fitting. All rooms with electrical heating for use during the short winter period. There is off-the-road parking in the driveway close to the Gite. Linen and towels are provided and there is an ironing board and iron.
The apartment has free broadband internet access for direct connection to your laptop - network cable available.
The extensive gardens, shared with the resident English owners include a fully tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) in paved area for sun bathing with flower border surround. The main house was owned for generations by the Belleville family (hence the name) who were wine producers. Some of the large vats and equipment are still present in the winery attached to it. There is a large terrace with BBQ, lights and power points for eating outdoors on summer evenings.
